Kabarak University, nestled in the serene Nakuru County, is playing host to the 4th edition of the County Assemblies Sports Association (CASA) under the captivating theme, "Inculcating Integration and Social Interaction through Sports and Diverse Cultures." This landmark event is bringing together members of county assemblies from across the nation, creating a vibrant fusion of sports, culture, and camaraderie. Kabarak University's picturesque campus provides the perfect backdrop for a gathering of "Waheshimiwa" who are actively participating in both outdoor and indoor sports, as well as a lively music competition held in the University's auditorium. The peaceful environment of Kabarak University leaves attendees marveling, with cameras capturing every moment as they create cherished memories during their stay.

An inspiring celebration of talent, dedication, and success was held by the University management, led by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat, who welcomed our triumphant students from the 95^th Kenyan Music Festival held at Dedan Kimathi University in Nyeri. The students, arriving with their spirits high and a treasure trove of achievements, were greeted with enthusiasm and pride.

Amidst an ambiance brimming with vitality and faith, Kabarak University recently held a moving dedication ceremony for its newly revitalized two buses. Graced by the presence of Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat, the university management, and a multitude of excited students, the event unfolded at the institution's administration block. Originally acquired in the university's fledgling days of 2002, these buses have now been rejuvenated in the spirit of embracing the timeless adage, "Old is Gold."

Blending spirituality and academia seamlessly, Kabarak University takes immense pride in being the chosen venue for the SAM Africa Ministry 2023 Harvest Conference. The conference, which kicked off with a grand opening ceremony on August 18th, has brought together scholars, practitioners, and spiritual leaders from across Africa. The event promises to be a platform for meaningful dialogue and collaboration, fostering a deeper understanding of the role that faith-based institutions can play in shaping the future of the continent.

In a resounding demonstration of their commitment to excellence and innovation in higher education, the Kenya Association of Private Universities (KAPU), chaired by Rev. Prof. Stephen Mbugua Ngari, Vice-Chancellor of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, convened today, August 17, 2023, for their Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the prestigious Kabarak University, received by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat. The gathering marked a significant milestone in the collaborative efforts of private institutions dedicated to providing high-quality tertiary education across Kenya.

In a heartwarming display of unity and collaboration, The Most Rev. Dr. Jackson Ole Sapit, the esteemed 6th Archbishop of the Anglican Church of Kenya (ACK), paid a gracious courtesy call to Prof. Henry Kiplangat, the Vice-Chancellor of Kabarak University. The serene setting of Prof. Kiplangat's beautiful office provided the backdrop for a meaningful conversation between these two prominent figures, symbolizing the convergence of spirituality and education.
