The two-day Kabarak University staff training and team building was off to a great start on a beautiful Tuesday morning. The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Henry K. Kiplangat, gave an inspiring speech that set the tone for the seminar, declaring it open. The first day of the seminar was intensive, with various speakers covering different topics. Dr. Bani Orwa talked about employee performance at the workplace, accountability, and process ownership. Mr. Paul Gichuki handled issues related to employee mental well-being at the workplace, workplace etiquette and relationships, financial wellness, and employee pre-retirement stage. The university staff had a great time learning, relearning, socializing, and enjoying sumptuous meals.
