Kabarak University recently participated in a vibrant Career Day held at AIC Chebisaas Boys High School in Eldoret. The event, buzzing with opportunity, attracted students from various neighboring schools, all eager to explore their future career paths.

The recent curriculum review training for the School of Medicine and Health Sciences, orchestrated by the Directorate of Excellence in Learning and Teaching (DELT) and expertly led by the Acting Director, Prof. Frederick B.J.A Ngala, PhD, MBS, OGW, marked a significant milestone in academic advancement. On Thursday, May 16th, 2024, at KABUO, training was a dynamic and collaborative endeavor to refine and optimize the educational frameworks within the healthcare disciplines.

Kabarak University staff members are now better prepared for their golden years, thanks to a recent Retirement Planning Seminar. Organized by the University in collaboration with the Retirement Benefits Authority (RBA), the seminar aimed to equip staff with the knowledge and tools needed to make informed decisions about their retirement.

This week, Kabarak University welcomed a three-day benchmarking visit from a delegation of Kenya Highlands University (KHU). Rev. Dr. Paul Lokol, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic Affairs)/HR, and Mrs. Jeniffer Chepyegon, Acting Registrar (Academics), arrived on Tuesday and embarked on a comprehensive program.

Kabarak University held a handover and dedication ceremony this afternoon for two newly completed boreholes, significantly addressing the institution's water supply needs. The ceremony, chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Henry Kiplangat, marked a major milestone in securing a sustainable water source for the university community.

Kabarak University kicked off its orientation program this morning for the May 2024 intake. Designed to equip new students with the knowledge and resources needed for a successful academic journey, the program will run throughout the week, fostering a smooth transition into university life.
