On Monday, December 16, 2024, Kabarak University hosted a significant meeting to formalize a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the (KEFRI) and . The MoU will be implemented in collaboration with the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology.
The meeting, chaired by Vice-Chancellor , was attended by members of the university's management, the Dean of the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology, and several staff members from the school. Together with their distinguished guests, the participants held insightful discussions on fostering sustainable environmental initiatives.
This partnership aligns with the vision of the university's founder, the late H.E. Daniel Toroitich arap Moi, Kenya's second president. A passionate environmentalist, H.E. Moi championed tree-planting initiatives that have transformed the university into a lush green campus renowned for its serene environment and fresh air.
