Media Council of Kenya & Kabarak University MoU

Kabarak University signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the  (MCK).

The MoU seeks to provide a framework for collaboration between the two institutions to promote and implement mutual interest in expertise and knowledge in various capacities.

The MoU seeks to provide a framework for collaboration between the two institutions to promote and implement mutual interest in expertise and knowledge in various capacities.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Henry Kiplangat (Vice-Chancellor, Kabarak University) and Mr. David Omwoyo (Chief Executive Officer, ).

The Vice-Chancellor in his remarks noted that the MoU will enable the University to involve as a stakeholder in the development and review of academic programs in Media studies.

The MoU will provide a framework for the University and  to organize students and staff mentorship programs, workshops, and conferences.  will consider KABU students for practical attachment and internship programs with .

The MoU will also make provision for  to offer grants for Kabarak University students and media trainers to run/file stories on different themes in Kenya.
